Professional Journey
I began my professional journey as a Software Test Engineer and progressively grew into leadership
roles spanning Senior Test Engineer, Lead QA, Sr. Lead QA, and Manager – Quality Assurance.
Over the years, I have contributed to diverse projects including job portals, e-commerce platforms,
online ticketing systems, ERP applications, and enterprise-scale digital payment platforms.
At Girmiti Software, I have played a key role in delivering mission-critical payment solutions for
enterprise clients such as Jio. My responsibilities include validating complex transaction flows,
coordinating with MAS, DMM, EMS, PIM, and PAM server teams, reducing defect turnaround time through
advanced log analysis, and improving system reliability through comprehensive transaction testing.
My efforts have contributed to reduced defect leakage, improved release confidence, and enhanced
customer satisfaction.
